Our Experience
Idea One Media was launched in 2008 in response to a growing trend: home builder marketing budgets were shrinking, but agency fees were not. Worse, the expensive traditional marketing formats no longer produced results.
We saw an opportunity. We knew that we could apply the same internet marketing strategies that successful technology companies used to home builder marketing. We knew we could save home builders thousands of dollars in marketing costs, increase sales, and provide more information about potential home buyers than ever before.

Our Leadership
Idea One Media was created by Dawn Sadler, a home builder sales and marketing veteran. Dawn’s high performance track record spans two decades and includes work with national home builders, urban high rise development, and infill developers.
Dawn worked most recently with Reiser Group as Director of New Media. Prior to that she worked as a Regional Manager with The Mark Company in Silicon Valley. Dawn started her career in 1991 with Ryland Homes and later with Morrison Homes.
